These Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your use of the Bright Advance Verify website and messaging service (the “Service”). Bright Advance Verify is a registered trade name of Northbeam Signals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Northbeam,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
The Service delivers application status notifications and identity verification messages by SMS text message to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Messages relate to a request the recipient started — for example, confirming that a request was received, that an update is ready to view, or that an identity check is needed to proceed.
Program name: Bright Advance Verify. All text messages sent under this program are sent by Bright Advance Verify (Northbeam Signals LLC) only. No other company, affiliate, or third party sends messages under this program.
We send text messages only to mobile numbers whose owners have given express consent through an unchecked opt-in mechanism. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service, and a phone number is never required to use a service that does not need one.
Message frequency varies based on the status of your request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying STOP is the only action needed — it takes effect immediately and no further messages will be sent, other than a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. You do not need to call, email, or write to us to stop messages, although our support team can always confirm an opt-out for you.

The program is intended for delivery on the major US mobile carriers Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to provide another person’s contact details without their permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, and the strict limits we place on sharing mobile information. In particular: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The Service, this website, and their content (excluding your own information) are the property of Northbeam Signals LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to operate a competing service without written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that messages will be delivered in every instance or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northbeam Signals LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
