This Privacy Policy explains how Northbeam Signals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating under the registered trade name Bright Advance Verify (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our website and SMS verification and notification service (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill in a form on this website or communicate with us.
• Messaging data — your mobile number, the messages we send you, delivery status, and your replies (including STOP and HELP requests), so we can operate and audit the messaging program.
• Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the website secure and working.

2. How we use information

• To send the verification and application status text messages you asked for.
• To honor your choices — above all, to process opt-outs immediately and permanently.

3. Mobile information — our strict rule

We keep messaging logs and consent records for as long as needed to operate the program and demonstrate compliance (typically up to four years), and other personal information only for as long as the purposes above require. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so that a stopped number is never contacted again.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and least-privilege internal access. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Children
